DEBORAH TEIXEIRA

Debora Teixeira began her love of gastronomy when she set about setting up a cafe. After 10 years acting as a businesswoman in southern Brazil, she felt she needed more knowledge and didn't think twice about moving to Curitiba. She graduated from the European Center as Chef de Cuisine & Restaurateur. There she met chef Manu Buffara and worked as an assistant in chef's classes. After a period, she graduated in Gastronomy Technology from UniOpet and has a postgraduate degree in Higher Education Management. She teaches classes and workshops and is a gastronomy teacher at UniOpet. She has worked at Restaurante Manu since its inauguration and serves at the restaurant as sub chef. Participates in national and international events as assistant to chef Manu Buffara.
